Seawall Repair and Construction Florida

REVIEWS

“My wife and I recently engaged your company to replace our seawall at our personal residence.  I was impressed by you upon our initial contact and through the proposal process.  You were very detailed in the terms of our engagement as well as in your explanation as to how and why the work was being done.  You were very professional in our negotiations and my wife and I were very pleased to engage your company to complete the work required at our residence.

We spoke with several other companies in considering who to engage for the work needed at our residence.  We believe, without a doubt, that we engaged the right company with the right leader to perform the work necessary at our residence.

Throughout the entire process, you handled yourself in a very professional manner and at any time we had a concern you immediately addressed the issue.  Upon completion of the engagement, you were very helpful in insuring the proper clean-up was performed leaving our property in excellent condition.  We are very pleased with the outcome of this engagement.

I would highly recommend you and your company for any work of this type and I will be more than happy to discuss my experience with any future customers who are considering replacing or repairing a seawall.”

“Thank you for such a speedy and thorough repair.  Since I saw you, mom has been in the hospital and now in rehab.  She has been very worried about this.  Now she can relax and concentrate on getting well.

Again, thank you for an excellent job.”

“Let this letter serve as a strong recommendation for Westcoast Marine for the seawall you completed at my home on North Redington Beach.  You and your crew were timely, professional and efficient which is refreshing in the construction industry.  The finished product shoes very nice.  I am very pleased with the experience I had with you and would highly recommend you.”

“This is a letter of recommendation for the above company with regard to a seawall built at our home.

Mr. Incorvaia presented an estimate with a follow up call a week later.  He addressed all our questions satisfactorily and promptly.  He was able to show us a similar seawall his company built to demonstrate a vinyl seawall installation without an existing seawall present, which was our concern.

All the permits and engineering assessments were obtained and work started on schedule.  The work progressed in a timely manner, very well coordinated.  Mr. Incorvaia supervised his crew daily and they knew what to do and how to do it.

We are satisfied with the work, the inspections and the appearance of our yard.  We feel that Mr. Incorvaia went above and beyond many specifics possibly limited in the contract and we appreciate the good workmanship and the good intentions.

We feel the seawall and cap add favorably to the safety, appearance and preservation of our property.  We can in good conscience recommend this company.”

“Finding a reliable trade-man is always a worrisome challenge and it’s better if someone recommends.  You were recommended to me and I am so pleased with the quality of cap you replaced on my sea wall.  Your professional and timely response to my needs were much appreciated.

Paul, please feel free to use me as a reference in the future.

Thanks again.”

“The seawall looks great.  I really like the imprinting along the top.  Your guys did well on the clean up too.

We were not looking forward to the day we needed to replace our seawall. Aside from the cost, we anticipated a total destruction of our back yard along with our landscaping, stamped concrete walks and dock. What would we do with our boat until the work was completed?

We contacted Paul at Absolute Marine. He described the process and promised that the boat could stay on the lift, only about 3 feet of the yard would be disturbed and very little, if any, of our walk would be touched. Note that I had gotten another quote from a seawall company and they did describe total destruction. I signed on the dotted line with Paul.

From the time they set foot on our property, Mago, Luis, Cuba and Wallace were friendly, efficient, extremely hardworking and very careful to only disturb what was needed to complete the job. It turned out to be better than I could have anticipated. I ended up replacing only 15 pieces of sod. The only cut made to the walk was at my direction. We are very, very happy. Not only do I never have to worry about the wall again, it has added value far above the cost. Thank you Paul. You and your guys are the best.

You only want to reconstruct your sea wall once in your life. It’s an expensive and comprehensive/disruptive process. There are innumerable considerations to such an endeavor as 137 ft of sea wall replacement (landscaping, electrical, irrigation, doc repair, etc.). However, Paul and his crew of 4 amigos, (that includes you, too, Wallace 😉) were the hardest working construction group we’ve seen. The end product exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business to anyone needing a sea wall. HATS OFF TO YOU, WELL DONE !!! Gracias por todo, Joann and Terry

My husband has been in the New Home Building Business for over 45 years and we must say Paul Incorvaia From Absolute Marine Seawall Specialists, Inc. has been by far the most honest, professional hard working contractors that we have ever worked with. He impressed us from the very first meeting. First and very important is that he showed up on time at every meeting we had. Second, his pricing was very competitive. Third he finished 2 weeks earlier than projected with Superior quality and Pride of Workmanship, Most importantly he did what he said he would do in a timely manner. No disputes or miscommunications. Integrity and communication could not have been better. Simply said, we would highly recommend Paul Incorvaia from Absolute Marine Seawall Specialists, Inc. AAA Plus!!

“I wanted to thank Paul for the great job that was done on my seawall.  I really appreciate the fact that you were able to fit me into an already tight schedule due to the fact that my old wall was about to cave in.  Your knowledge of the installation process and advice of the size panels and top cap were very impressive.  I guess that just comes with years of experience.  The job was supervised very well with the utmost concern of safety…..The crew was in and out in no-time.  I was left with a massive seawall that I know will probably out last my house.  I loved the fact that there were no hidden surprises in the cost.   It seems that no matter what you do anymore that the contractor runs in to something that they forgot to add into the price….. No surprises with Paul Incorvaia!

Thanks for the great product.”

“I would highly recommend Paul Incorvaia and his team for your marine construction project.

On purchasing our property the very first thing we did was to install a new seawall.  Paul and his men were able to fit us into their busy schedule quickly and within 6 weeks we had a beautiful new and very well constructed 120’ seawall made of the latest in durable and long-lasting vinyl products, with a very nice, smooth, and sturdy cap.  We especially like his company’s metal insignia plate that is installed on our cap.  The job was completed in a smooth and efficient manner, with great customer service and at a significant savings over other quotes we received.

I would not hesitate to use them again on future projects, and referred a close friend to him who was also more than pleased with his services as well.  Additionally, our neighbor used him for his seawall as well.”
